Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the provided link.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item. The product must be in its original condition. Contact us at contact@zenpawshub.store to initiate a return.

Problem with your order?

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and we will find a solution quickly.
